We provide open access to a continuously updated repository of epidemiologically relevant data and simulation models. Following FAIR principles, the hub enables the research community to discover, cite, and reuse datasets and models directly. The Data & Model Hub is live and publicly accessible at data.episerve.zib.de.
EPISERVE offers compute services for running large-scale epidemic simulations on request. Workflow orchestration, scheduling, and result storage are handled by the platform, so users can submit simulation jobs without managing HPC infrastructure themselves. Interactive data exploration and visualisation are available through JupyterHub and Apache Superset dashboards.
A REST API provides programmatic access to the EPISERVE simulation environment and Data Hub, allowing external systems, research groups, and public health institutions to trigger simulations, retrieve results, and integrate EPISERVE outputs into their own workflows. The API is live at api.episerve.zib.de.
